If you’re planning to visit Disneyland Accessibility Services and noticed the usual area near the entrance looks different, that’s because it’s moved.
Where it is now
Accessibility Services has relocated to Ticket Booth 6, on the west side of the Esplanade — the plaza area between the parking structure and the entrances to Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure.
This move is part of the early stages of Disneyland Resort’s multi-year expansion, which is already changing entry and security logistics around the Esplanade.
Why it moved
Four ticket booths on the eastern side of the Esplanade are being demolished as construction begins. The Esplanade’s security checkpoint has also temporarily shifted into that former eastern booth area. Accessibility Services, by contrast, has been set up on the opposite (west) side, at Ticket Booth 6.
What to expect on-site
- Temporary walled pathways are being used to guide guests through the Esplanade while construction continues, so allow a little extra time to find your way.
- Because this is an active construction zone, layout details can keep shifting as the project progresses.
⚠️ Since this is tied to ongoing construction, it’s worth checking Disneyland’s official site or app shortly before your visit in case the location changes again.
